In these times when I like so many others believe that true customer service is dead, I was once again proved wrong. I had the opportunity to work with Natalie at the Mooresville Directv office. You will not find a company rep. more engaged and truly caring about the customer. We were discussing the pros and cons of satellite vs. streaming and I found her to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the decision making process.
